Life Intervention Team provides monitoring and oversight for vulnerable populations.

Vulnerable populations are often hesitant to engage in services, especially people in pre-contemplative stages of substance use treatment, a mental health crisis, or those folks with disabilities affecting their ability to remain in the environment. We connect individuals in need of these or other services with the appropriate service providers in each community. We also support clients to remain engaged with needed services.
